Tony Allcroft

Managing Director and Senior Training Consultant

Tony has over thirty years of training experience across all aspects of the discipline including training analysis, design, delivery and assurance. He has been responsible for successful management and delivery of multiple training projects across all branches of the military as well as in the private and commercial sectors both in the UK and overseas.

Tony works with customers to analyse and determine their training requirements, including the identification of potential challenges, to provide informed, concise and innovative solutions, optimised to meet their operational and business needs. 

Strong inter-personal and presentational skills provide companies with an expert, knowledgeable and articulate training analyst and senior training manager.

Jennifer Allcroft

Junior Analyst, Content Developer and Training Administrator

Jennifer joined TLJ Training two years ago to specifically support the DLR New Trains Project Training Team. With a strong background in content development, customer interaction and project administration, she has utilised her skills to develop instructional content based on technical storyboards and instructor inputs.

Personable and approachable, Jennifer is effective and analytical in working with customers and subject matter experts to determine their learning needs and develop engaging, informative solutions aligned to their exact requirements.
